I don't care what their employees say, this is still telemarketing. My educated guess is that your data is passed directly to a telemarketer to sell you so****ing. As time p*****, businesses come and go. Many are replaced by so****ing else. It is time to shut down random telephone surveys and charity calls. BTW, I received 2 survey calls this afternoon alone, and have complained to the FTC and FCC about both. Especially 757-248-9111 which is masquerading as "Picasso Painting".

I work for Customer Contact and I worked there back when you accuse us of violating the law. Just to ket you know you toothless KY hillbilly, it is illegal to call anywhere in the U.S. after 9pm and we follow the law and operate legitimately. Sell you lies elsewhere you hilljack. How did  your conversation with the Attorney General work out for you?

They might be exempt from the "do not call list" however in the Commonwealth of Kentucky it is illegal for a business to contact you on "Official Business" after 9pm. These ****heads called me @ 10:45pm EDT. and before someone opens their mouth, the company in question MUST abide by the laws in which the person they are calling resides in, not where the business is located. I am going to turn this numer over to the Kentucky Att. Generals office.

Here are some things to help you when you get called by this company. It will help things for you. If you just **** up on them, they will call you back. That's your fault not the company. If you don't want to be called back, all you have to do is tell them "Could you please put me on YOUR do not call list?" They would be more then happy to do so. These people are on an automatic phone dialer and are just calling the numbers that the computer dials. They have a different quota and a certain number of people per age to get everyday. Sometimes you just might not fit into their age group that day. Maybe if you told them you would like to do the survey when the age group opens up, then they would be happy to do so. I MUST stress this.. You have to say please take me off YOUR list. They are not selling you a thing. These people are making min wage and it's job just like anything else. There are not very many jobs available in the town where this is at. They put up with a lot considering. Thank you fellow people.. (side note .. You have the address wrong..)

Why do I have to let the surveyor know when would be a better time to call back?  I have said over and over to these people that I dont want to do the survey.  They keep calling back.  I think as citizens we should be able to press charges a***nst these organizations that do the call backs.  I should be able to have the person arrested for harrassment.

I don't care if you work for minimum wage. ***ody holds a gun to your head to work there. I don't want to take any blasted survey or be bothered with any solicitation whether it be by a non-profit, for-profit, government or anything else. If I wanted to give, buy or give my opinion I will contact them!

Customer Contact is a company that calls people in the United States to take a survey. They have nothing to sell and at the end you can enter into a drawling for a 500.00 dollar gift card of your choice. For stores such as Best Buy. Some surveys are longer than others, but if you give them short promt answers it will be done in no time. The company is not bound by the "Do not call list" since they are not selling you anything. Most people have not read the definition of the do not call list so they don't know that. The employees are making min wage. They put up with alot for such a small amount of money. If you don't have the time, let them know when would be a better time to call you back.

When I told them (Customer Contact) they had called a number on the Do Not Call Registry they said they were not bound by the law.  They claim to be conducting opinion surveys.  When I told them to put my number on their do not call list they said they would but were argumentative.  My opinion -- they are ****s.The supervisor I spoke with said their mailing address was 14 N. Main Street, Washington PA 15301.
