Need to callus about your electric bill

After making a phone call to daughter discussing " conceal and carry" taking 3 months to get permit...thisnumber texted me that "conceal and carry" permits can be obtained faster than you think and gave link. Then a few days later another stating my permit was ready. How the heck did they invade my call and respond? This is scary!
