Anonymous answered this call an they said donation for police .they would send a card for donation. also they have been calling very early like 7:30am-8:00am is this a scam call?

Anonymous This number — and several others that share the first 9 digits (724-442-629x) — have called me over 30 times in the last 3 hours. It is a Sunday (Mother’s Day actually) and it is relentless. They leave no message and say nothing if I do answer the call.
