Called and said I needed to pay a Company named Cass 300.00 dollars cause I had defaulted on a loan and they would have to send it to the court house if I didn't pay. I told them to go ahead and send it to the court house. A Male person with Broken English very hard to understand.

got 3 calls from this am telling me that they were calling about the loan i applied for...i happened to have done research and knew it was a scam and told them so - called me a ***** and hung up.

Received a phone call from this number. No message left.

Sends me a text "HEYYY!" 10 or 11 times a day.  This is anew cell phone so either the previous owner knew this person or they are just annoying.  I tried to call back but just get voice mail everytime.
