*** I GOT A CALL TODAY AT WORK ABOUT THIS INSTACASH **** TODAY AT WORK AND I WAS TERRIFYIED OUT OF MY MIND THEY ARE CALLIN FROM A 530 466 7616. THIS IS GETTIN RIDICULOUS AND THIS NEEDS TO B STOP RITE NOW.

I received another  call today from Mark Allan from 724-994-1160. Same person that called  the other day tellimg me I owed money thatI didn't.  He asked me if knew who it was & I said yes.  Told him if he called a***n I would report this to the police. & ***g up on him I never took out a loan from them. & i don't own them any money.

My son got a call from them too. He new it was a scam from the beginning. They wanted him to fax a copy of his drivers license   818-751-8916 and wanted his cc number Told him he was being sued by someone in California

Me and my boyfriend had recived phone calls from a "john Smith" askin us to call him back and if we didnt we would pay and he wished us "people" the best of luck!! I have 2 repeat the message a great number of times to make out the number to call and discuss the matter @ hand! Once i called i spoke with a George Miller then i was transfer to the lawyer handling the case kevin peterson. He was extreamly rude and insisted that i took out a pay day loan n oct 2009 and i had yet 2 pay and there was 3 chargers a***nst me and my boyfriend i****ume he heard my kids n the back ground and told me that i should try 2 get a babysitter because the police would b here 2 pick me and my boyfriend up from our apartment!! i kept askin questions tryin to figure out how all this confusion came about and why there wasnt any paper work sent 2 me notifing me about any loan or late payments then he ***g up and called my boyfriends fone. they almost had me fooled into giving them wat they asked for until i googled the number and seen all the complaints!!! thank you everyone :)

I got a call from this number, too.  At first I was surprised, and shocked, until I Google the number and found all of these comments.  So I called that number back and ask for Daniel Jackson...and I told them I need there company physical address and they ***g up on me.  I tried to call back a***n like 10 times, but I think they blocked out my number.  These **** *******!!

I just received a phone message from 724-994-1160.  Very hard individual to understand it took me time to get the area code. I called & he told me I had borrow money in October & had not paid ot back.& that they were coming to my  place of employment tomorrow morninga  at 11 o"clock. which he said I had asked him where the loan was taken out.  The Name her gave me was Mark Allan  He told me there were many payday loan companys. He was rude &  Iasked to speak to his supervisor & he told me the he  was the supervisor. He ***g up on me.  My nephew put the phone number into the computer & came up with the notice that this was a scam.  I also called my bank & they said that I didn't have any checks for the amount of $745.00  that were returned.

Be careful its a scam.  They will say they are a payday loan company and that you are being sued and have three charges a***nst you.  That investigators will come to your workplace and they will be very rude.  Do not fall for anything they tell you. They just called me at work and left a message stating if I didn't call that they wished me "good luck"  This is the second time they have called me at work.  I have asked the receptionist to just **** up on them.

I recieved a call from Daniel Jackson and David Cooper. He told me I have three crimnal charges a***nst me and the two people I put on the app. had to go to Cali. for court. They had the last four of my social. They were very rude and sounded like Indians. He told me they paid a payday loans for me in the amount of over $800 and they were going to sue me for 5-6 thousand dollars. They said they worked for Back Office of legal insta cash. I even called a district manager with PLS and he said that was the company who could do this. Thankfully my girls uncle google the number and saw everyones comments. Below is the complaint I just filed with www.ic3.gov"I received a call from Kevin Peterson on Friday, March 19, 2010 claiming he was from the Los Angeles County Circuit Court and I was being named as defendant in a lawsuit regarding an unpaid payday loan that originated in October 2009 that was unpaid. He said I was being charged with violating interstate banking laws, check fraud, intent to defraud and some other charges. I told him that any loans I've ever had have always been paid in full. He told me that on Monday, March 22, 2010 there would be an investigation team coming to my office to deliver do***ents at which time I may or may not be arrested. I pleaded with him to give me an opportunity to look into this, as I am diligent about making sure items are paid in full. He stated that the original loan was taken out around October 21, 2009 in the amount of $300 and was never paid back and that after court costs, prin****l, interest, etc. I would be looking at $7,000-$8,000 once it was all said and done. He stated that he could stop the proceedings if I agreed to pay the prin****l and interest back which totalled $1,245.75. Since this was a threat to come to my business, I chose to not take that chance and pay the $1,245.75 to clear up the issue. However, in further investigating my banking records, I did take out a loan on 10/05/2009 for $300 which was subsequently paid in full. Unfortunately, the charges are pending on my checking account since I gave my debit card number. I have already contacted the bank to have the card cancelled and the account blocked. They have opened their own investigation and I should know more in the coming days."Please DO NOT fall for this like I did.  I have NEVER done anything like this because I am skeptical of almost anything where someone approaches me online or over the phone.  However, I got caught in a weak moment and I got nabbed.  Also, one of the previous posts references Daniel Jackson - I too, got the same call from him.So for all who're reading, I got an initial call from "Daniel Jackson" (his accent was so heavy I had to ask him to repeat nearly everything), I was then transferred to "Kevin Peterson" and was eventually told his supervisor's name is James Parker.  I got a fax number from him of (818) 751-8916.If you get these calls, make sure to check your credit report and any other sources of sensitive information, as they do have enough of information to do some damage if you're not wat****g.

These people are scam artist, they are hired to call and harras people in any form or matter to get money out of you. You may or may not owe from a payday loan, but the thing is that they have fradulent numbers for you to call them back, and they call with these crazy names but an indian accent. You threaten them just like they do you, and I personally told them t hold on, I was going to get my lawyer, of course they **** up before he even got on the line. I told them to send me an debt validation letter of the amount owed they don't have any ideal of what Im talking about. Evenually they will stop calling the problem is after they get another fraudulent number they will call a***n, and a***n. Report them to the FTC. And talk to them like they do you, and see what happens. Threaten them with calling the cops like they do you.

i received a message too. from the same number on my jobs voice mail.he was very threatening and said his name was daniel jackson,however has a problem communicating in english.never did he say what the call was concerning only that im looking for big trouble and wishes me luck,if i do not return his phone call.i got the call friday but i was out of the office,i just heard it today.....the message stated i had to call him back then..im very worried,does anyone know these people.

I just received this call, but it was funny how the call didn't come through, however I took out a couple of loans paid them back. I don't know how they called me out of the blue?

A few days ago I saw this number on Caller ID.

Yeah, the exact same thing happened to me. I have taken out payday loans (a couple times) before Christmas, and paid them off. This man "Ron Williams" threatened to push charges a***nst myself, along with my sister and ***her, who were used as references! I flipped out on him, and asked for a fax number, so I could send him proof of payment from my bank, he said no problem then ***g up on me. Told me he was in San Diego, but his area code comes from Pittsburg! It's ridiculous that people get away with this!

I received a call and the man told me the exact same thing!!!

Jenn,They just called me too and they told me the same thing.  That I had three charges pending a***nst me and that I would be taken to court if I didn't pay 1245.00 dlls.  That some investigators would be at my work place the next day at 11:00.  I checked with my bank and I have never received anything from any payday loan company.  This is a total fraud!!!

I called these people back and asked them to state the company name, which the man replied "be in court at 11am, bye." and ***g up. Pretty interesting since I didn't state who I was.

These people called my sister about a supposed payday loan fraud saying there were three charges a***nst her.  They had her information,SS#, and MY name. Very worrisome
