Received call at about 10:42 am from male caller. Claimed to be collecting on an alleged debt owed, threatening process servers, court action, and prison time. Refused to identify himself, his employer, the creditor, and the amount owed. Individual never confirmed who I was, and broke several federal and state laws in the course of the very brief call. An immediate return call resulted in a recording from Magic Jack that the number was not yet****igned. TOTAL SCAM!

They called my husband and asked about receiving do***ents for someone. Su****ious.

A male from this number called and asked if someone would be home to serve papers on someone I've never met. However, multiple people (and numbers) have called asking for the same name. My only reply is to ask to be removed from their calling list as there is no one by that name at this residence. I am not optimistic about the latter, as multiple people and numbers have been calling referring in some way to the same name for over a year now. It's annoying, but we just treat it like junk mail in our email. ****-up and move on. Chalk it up to one of the nuances (albeit a very exasperating one) of our time.
