Erik AAA customer satisfaction survey.. it is not a scam

MsDeb Received call at about 10:42 am from male caller. Claimed to be collecting on an alleged debt owed, threatening process servers, court action, and prison time. Refused to identify himself, his employer, the creditor, and the amount owed. Individual never confirmed who I was, and broke several federal and state laws in the course of the very brief call. An immediate return call resulted in a recording from Magic Jack that the number was not yet****igned. TOTAL SCAM!

I received a call @ 4:29am two men foreign accents telling me so****ing i said qhat and one began yelling saying he seen me @ the corner stoe stealing and that they were going to come to my home and cut all my fingers off ands that he was tired of no one understanding what he was saying..i told him i was going to report this.. the men just laughed and said they knew where i lived..i ***g up..

Who are these people?

Crazy guys first calling themselves "Officer David Morgan" and then calling my home as "Officer Ryan Brooks." First called work, then home, portraying themselves as "officers" with "National Affidavit Processing Department" and making threatening remarks. When told not to call the work number, they called back so repeatedly and often that my boss had to switch all the phones to voice mail. When told not to call at home, they did the same thing. They claim to have a "lawsuit filed a***nst my social security number." Crazy, insane people. I've already filed a report with the sheriff's department. Oh, and just the same as all the other reports, these guys had VERY thick Indian or ****stani accents.

The man stated his name is Bennett Fernandez, he said I took out a payday loan and never paid it back.  When I told him that I knew if was fraud he said so****ing along the line of "you have been f*cked by and Indian".  They have repeatedly called my cell phone and work leaving threatening messages but it is all bull.  Do not play into their scam.
