Not sure if it was a spam caller or not... he knew my name, and approx address. (We're in a condo complex); said he was with a roofing company (spoke too fast for me to catch the name) in Clearwater and wanted to know if we were in need of a new roof

anonymous this user scammed over 300 for a 100$ car part and kept insisting on collecting 200$ for shipping and 200 for insurance on the product, and refused to refund the money after being asked to return my money back. he said his name kishon mcgarity and he blocked my number but i’m going to report him on all websites i can find
