Scammer sends handwritten letters to people offering to buy their house that's not even on the market.

I have received these calls from this company as stated above - they go away after awhile and then return in a several months to harrass you on some payday loans. Tell them to quite calling your place of employment or you will report them.  It usually stops.  Stay tuned in a few months to see if they return.....  Another number they use is 1727379215
