Random girl in instagram claiming to be a medical student and tried to send money up front.

Trish Sager Initial very poor quality recorded message threatening to call "cops" because there are "4 serious allegations pressed on your name." They answer with "IRS" if you call back, heavy accent, very loud background noise. After couple days number will go out of service, then s**** a***n from different number originating in another part of the country. Total scam.
