Who Called: Jared from Xfinity

He claims hes from Xfinity. However he isnt he wants me to buy a vanilla gift card to pay onn my xfinity acct. Said when i get the card call him back and pay. I will see it reflected on my bill in 24 hrs. Also not sure how he knew i had gave a low survey score. Because the were trying to triple charge me to up my package. He is a scammer. Xfinity said they dont make these types of calls.
