The ****s call from many many numbers. No message, and need to be prosecuted for calling at all hours.

Not only do they call over and over a***n now they are calling after 9pm

Yes they need to be stopped now they are calling after 9pm I don't answer anymore its a debt from along time ago I am sure of that

I don't know who this is, no caller ID, no one on line when answered. It is now a blocked label on my phone. From reading others complaints, they have nothing to do with me.

Called, I did not answer, they did not leave a message.Debt Collection? If so, it must be 20 years old. Am I still a deadbeat after 20 years? The story is long and complex and they never listen, so am I absolved?

They have called twice tonight within a few minutes and I didn't answer. This needs to stop once and for all. I don't understand how these people think they can get away with this knowing they are breaking the law. I understand a lot of them have worked for 3rd party collectors before.

I have been getting calls from these so called debt collectors for over a year..all from the eastern mid states.  I never answer and I live in Ca***a.  They are probably fraudulent.  I would suggest you press ignore on your phone and I wish the FBI would do so****ing about these criminals!

My 12 year old keeps getting called on his phone by these numbers and this outfit. Don't why these perpetrators are not behind bars yet. Suspect they when the prosecuting attorney gets through with them these calls will stop permanently.

they call at least 9 times a day, both early morning when I'm asleep, and late evening after I have gone to bed. I finally took a call because I was asleep, and told them to quit calling as they were trying to collect on a 10 year old debt. They quit for a couple of weeks, and then s****ed back up a***n.

I just received my first and last call from this number this morning. Since I have VERIZON with call blocking, I just added this number to my list of calls to block. It cost me about $5 per month to block these calls but it is worth it to me. It may be to you, also. You can usually remove these numbers from your blocked list after about 2-3 months since these computerized calls will get a "telephone disconnected" signal from VERIZON and think that the number is no longer any good. So they will stop calling your number after a certain amount of time.

This person keeps calling and leaving no message, apparently its for some charged off debt from about 20 years ago.

Call from Collection Agency on an alleged debt from FOURTEEN YEARS ago that I had never been previously contacted on. I advised them that even if it were legit, the statute of limitations had run out years ago. She said it was true that it had and offered to give me the address where i could send a letter demanding communication cease.

It's Portfoilo Recovery, while everyone complains about telling them to NOT call you and to remove off the do-not-call list...it does NO good if you don't follow thru with idle threats of reporting them. It's the easiest way to make $1,000 for the violation. Do***ent, do***ent, do***ent and do some research on how to file a claim. My friend's, relatives and I have made about $8,000 so far and they WILL STOP and remove your phone number for good!! But you as a consumer must take the first steps.

Portfolio Recovery****ociates is a junk debt buyer that tries to collect on ancient, invalid, uncollectible debts. They've also called me from:620-662-1492205-423-4020731-984-7690620-662-8870757-961-3547757-864-0020Sometime the caller ID lists their company name but not always.

These guys have so many numbers, it's unbelievable.Don't give them any money.  It will res**** the SOL.

Got a call from the same number and a variation of it. Its a collection agency that tries to collect on zombie debts or dead/settled past debts.I registered at this government site. Yes, they are pests. They call at inconvenient times, leave a message to call another #, (like anyone would really do that). They never ID themselves or state their business. I would love to put these people out of business.

I just got  a call from them also..  Take NOTICE   that in Tennessee, a debt that goes unresolved for 6 yrs with no contact by debtor is null and void   statue of limitations is 6 yrs in Tennessee... Don't admitt to anything.. So to the guy that go call after 8 yrs , if he's in Tennessee he's clear...    Statue of limitation on IRS tax insterest and  penalties is 10 yrs..

These people have no respect.  They are constantly calling our office and causing disruption.  There is no reason for them to call and we have made that clear to them but then they just switch the number they are calling from and continue harrassing w***ver answers.  They have called our office from the following numbers: 713-215-8010, 620-662-8870 & 757-864-0020.

Spoke with an apparent debt collector.  Tell them that you know nothing about what they're talking about.  Looked up Portfolio Recovery and here's what I found:Portfolio Recovery is a purchaser and collector of bad debt (also known as old debt, defaulted consumer receivables or charged-off debt). When the original creditor decides to no longer try and collect on a debt, they often sell it to companies like Portfolio Recovery for pennies on the dollar. PRA also provides account receivables management collection services for original creditors including banks, credit unions, retail consumer debt, and auto financing.

Get a call and nothing. No message. I don't know anyone in TN.
