Yet another sequence of 3 calls [1 to each line] by this scam artist - who is a Customer of "Global Crossing". Make complaint to Global Crossing at (800) 400-0446 and also send e-mail to [email protected] The Global Crossing representative "Kerry" will tell you that she will contact her company's representative who handles the Global Crossing Customer who she refuses to identify. She has clearly heard about this before because she immediately asked if this was about a car warranty. Also file complaint with FCC using Case Number CIMS00000872400 - Do Not Call Violationsby calling FCC at 888-Call-FCC 888-225-5322 or email to: [email protected] a***n, the female agent who responded to my 2nd "hello" asked me for my name - heck they're calling me, and when I asked to speak to a manager essentially told me to do unseemly things to myself and ***g up.
Called and I kept saying*****o a***n and a***n but they ***g up. When I tried to call back the mailbox was full for messages.
I have received calls every evening for more than a week from (732) 242-6529. All of the calls but tonight have been answered and there was no one on the calling side - indicating a defective predictive out-call computerized boiler room. The calls have come in to both of my residential numbers. Tonight, a woman, clearly uneducated, with a Southern accent, asked for my wife, by name, and told me she was calling about the "warranty" on my wife's car. When pressed to provide information, it became clear that they had used an out-dated Motor Vehicle registration data base [we have not had the car for a year], and that the caller was from the "Warranty Center" and was claiming to make a "courtesy call." When I asked for a supervisor, I got rude and swearing results and then she ***g up.
