Leaves no message but calls 5-6 times every day. Blocked the number

Not Carl Asked for "Carl" (not my name). When I said she had the wrong, the lady had the nerve to say "I have the right number but the wrong name." Then she went on about how she was asking for donations from some kind of ****** cancer fund. I said "wrong number" a***n; She ignored me and kept talking. I finally told her to remove this number from her list and she was still talking when I ***g up. So she knows my number better than me and she wouldn't listen. How rude is that?

A Received a text with misspellings (making it very clear it was a scam): "Due to fraudulent withdrawal your number card (405609**********) balance feel to -120$. Please contact us immediately at 1-732-276-9146." Wanted to contact them with the name of the local elementary school so they could learn proper English.
