I got a call from this number on a phone that I had never used to make a call. My phone was less than a month old, and it was only used to post to Facebook and send a text to three different people that I know personally. I didn't answer the call because I don't talk on that phone, and I never gave the number out to anyone. I'm wondering how they got that phone number.

They wanted to extend the warranty on my motorcycle. i said im not paying for the extension at which point the man said, "You're a FOOL! Take it in the brown, ****" and then hung up. I found this slightly unprofessional.

They tried to get me to buy an extended warenty on my car and when I refused I got cused out by the man and then he hung up on me. When I called back a woman answered and i ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager. She said she was the supervisor I told her whst had happened and she said she was sorry and she would put me on the do not call list.

This number calls regulary and the caller ID says "Dealer services" I have no idea what the company does or why they keep calling and hanging up.

VERY RUDE people. Selling "extended warranty" for vehicles. They actually hung up on me 7 times in a row because I kept asking them to take me off their list. The man told me "stop getting personal and get over it. Don't youwant an extended warranty?" THAT WOULD BE A NO! Idiots. The supervisor I spoke with to escalate my complaint did ensure I was on the DNC list, but rushed me off the phone. Idiots. My caller ID shows 27 calls in 3 days!!!!

I have not bought a car in years & the ones I have, I bought from Private Parties. HOW did they get My Name? I HATE Phone Sales! I also recieve calls EVERY DAY+ from "Seattle Times"

The salesperson asked to verify my identity. I replied not if you are a telemarketer. He launched right into a sales pitch and then turned me over to another. I objected and asked to be removed from the call list. He asked if I knew why he was calling. I hung up and he called back from "Private Name / Private Number" and attempted to chastise me for who else would sell me an extended warranty on my car. I just hung up again.

these people call everyday around 2:30 p.m. saying that they can give me an extended warranty on the vehicle i own. They call my number asking for my mother by name. How they got my number is the big question. My mother doesn't even know my telephone number. I have asked to be removed from call list and still get calls. Supervisor Vinny is very very rude.

I called back the number ending in 5611 plus the other number given below for their company in Legal beagle's complaint. I called probably about 25 to 30 times or more. Sometimes I would only get a ringing phone that would never stop ringing. Sometimes I would get a person, I would try to get them to talk to me, and they'd end up hanging up on me. I asked one named Shawn to whom i spoke several times how he can sleep at night. He seemed so smug. I know he is just a human being and I shouldn't judge him so harshly, but I do not care how desperate I am for a job I think i would rather go hungry or work at McDonald's than at a company as rotten as this one. I also got several extension numbers when I went to their directory. I typed in extension 11 next time I called and got patched thru to Michael Shaftel's voicemail, or at least that's what it said it was. Several other extensions just rang and rang, I think it may have been extension 33 or 20 that went through to someone's voicemail named Christy or Kristy who said they were in Shaftel's office. Shawn hung up on me several times til I finally just got sick of it and the next time the smug bottomfeeder answered the phone I made the "most annoying sound in the world" from Dumb and Dumber and hung up the phone. I gave my phone number to Shawn several times in the hope that it may get removed, though I have asked them to remove the number several times before and it's never happened. They call several times a day, day in and day out. Every time I asked Shawn why I have asked several times and it's never happened and asked him how many times they have on record that I have asked them to remove my number, he simply hung up on me. One time I asked for a supervisor, and they punted me back and forth between maintenance and security. I got hold of someone that said they were "Tom in security" once. I am a Christian and try not to judge people, but like I said I don't know how people can work for companies like that that provide no valid service to anyone. I'm sure if they have valid customers that they bleed them for every dollar they have and screw them as much as they can. I wish I lived closer to their office, I would go directly there and demand to talk to someone who could explain to me why their rotten company can even exist.

This marketing company called Dealer Services called a few times and I finally picked up the phone today. The so called "Customer Service" general Manager named Daniel Webb was extremely rude when I rejected his offer of buying extended warrenty for my vechile. And since I have an accent, he said "Welcome to America"! What a discrimination! I was so mad that I wanted to talk to his supervisor and he told me there's none since he's the "general manager". What a joke! This guy ruined my day. Please don't pick up the phone if you see this number. You don't want some mean sales person at a scam company ruin your day!

Repetitive calls from this number despite being on the national no-call list. I suppose they found a loophole. They never leave identifying messages, they just call and hang up almost daily.

I received a calll from 732-807-5611 and the caller ID indicated dealer services. I then received another call immediately after from another number regarding the vehicle warranty on my call. These calls alternate between two different phone numbers.

I called the number and spoke to someone in customer services that claimed to be a supervisor (although he didn't give me his name). When I started to complain about their constant calling he hung up the phone. When I tried to call back several times after you could here someone pick up a phone and hang it right back up.

Weird, I use to live in the town where this number is calling from and i live live in florida now...I picked it up thinking it's someone i know and they asked for me or my husband regarding our car we just brought...they knew the year and make...GM car...it was a guy and he gave me a 1800 number with an extention which didn't match this 732-807-5611 number...I ended up telling him that the owners were't home so i didn't have to deal with this and give me time to investigate this...turns out they operate out of asbury park nj...on sunset ave...probably some scam as i gather from the postings from above...i hope they don't harass me as unfortunately they have to others on this page. Got a call from Dealer Services (732)-807-5611.  Recognized it as one who has called many times, and every time my hubby or I say we're not interested.  Have also told them we're on Do Not Call list, and to take our number off their list.  Apparently they are selectively deaf.  This was a woman with a southern accent (I live in New England).  Since I was hot and tired from doing housework (Saturday morning), I was in NO mood to deal with them.  Refused to give her mileage of my vehicle (she had the year and make correct).  Then she asked for my husband.  He's not home.  I told her right out flat that this was a SCAM and I wanted my number taken off their list.  I almost enjoyed being a plain old b**ch to her.  She said "This is NOT a scam".  Then said she'll call my husband back later.  She hung up before I could tell her he wouldn't talk to her.  Funny, we never got these calls until after we signed up for a well-known auto insurance company online.  We have no problems with the insurance company at all, but I have a feeling they are selling lists of phone numbers to telemarketers, along with some vehicle information.  How else would these people get this info, unless they went to city/state offices and obtain vehicle registration info. But I don't think telemarketers will get off their lazy a**es to do too much honest work, so that's doubtful.   What do you think out there?  Maybe we contact our insurance companies and make sure they aren't publishing our information to these scammers?

Got a call saying today was the last day to buy the extended warranty on my 2007 vehicle. I asked it they were with GM? She assured me GM bought ALL their warranty service through this company. Sounded like a scam to me as she would not provide any information on the vehicle she was calling about. I then said as was not interested as the car I bought was not GM, and hung up.

This seems like they may be scammers because they call my house quite a bit as well.

I have received a call from this place a few times. I know this could be a rediculous thing to think about but... Since a lot of foriegners are in New Jersey from whence this call comes from...I wonder if maybe some foriegn person could be using our numbers to communicate with someone else of ill nature. With security problems in our country. Could it be possible? I just wonder...Could a middle eastern person be trying to communicate and use our numbers? I am not saavy on how telecommunications work but with the way phones and technology is these days...you just never know these days. I am going to block this number from calling me in the future.

I received a call from this number this morning as an "abandoned call."  Having seen other people's comments from here, I think I'm just going to file a complaint with the FCC right off the bat, since I'm enrolled in the do not call register (for whatever good that does.)

They've called several times and they call at least twice a day. I answered the phone once and asked them not to call back. Yet, it continues. It didnt begin until I purchased a vehicle a little while ago. I'm connecting them with this event, however, they have no affiliation with the maker of my vehice or the dealership from which I purchased it(I checked). From what I gather, my finance company sold my information.
