The both called and texted. When I texted back to clarify who they were they were super vague and wouldn't answer my questions. Sounded sketchy.

Continued: Last night I did inquire online about Homebridge, but t I don’t currently have a mortgage lender. This seems a bit pushy and I haven’t even spoke to them yet. One call in 4 hours would have seemed professional, not 3. It makes me think I inquired on a spam site that was pretending to be Homebridge

She called three separate times before Noon on a Tuesday and called from (732) 807-1721 / 732-807-1721 and wanted me to call her back at 888-910-1881 / (888) 910-1881 She said she texted me in her first voicemail but I didn’t ever receive a text. The second call she didn’t leave a voicemail and the third call she left just a partial phone number in her voicemail. Obnoxious

Hello everyone, this is a legit number. Just talked to my loan officer about it. He stated it's a annual corporate review from Homebridge just making sure that the mortgage is still working for you. It comes as a spam but it really isn't. Hope this helps everyone.

Area code 732 is in central New Jersey, way out of our orbit (we are in Southern California), so we didn't answer. Very few internet comments on this number. Presume to be either a wrong number or a spam call.

Hertag SVC - they asked for a name that does not live here. When i said wrong number they said they did not have wrong number then hung up on me.

Tisha I got a call from this number on a phone that I had never used to make a call. My phone was less than a month old, and it was only used to post to Facebook and send a text to three different people that I know personally. I didn't answer the call because I don't talk on that phone, and I never gave the number out to anyone. I'm wondering how they got that phone number.

Told me if i didn't pay them their money by the date they asked then i was going to be put in jail! Then the girl proceeded to tell me how unamerican i am for not paying this debt off that never existed in the first place!! Then she called me a B word and hung up making sure i understood the date i have till before she did! i cant believe this!!

They wanted to extend the warranty on my motorcycle. i said im not paying for the extension at which point the man said, "You're a FOOL! Take it in the brown, ****" and then hung up. I found this slightly unprofessional.

Called 2x today. Hang up when I ask to be put on DNC. I am on the national do not call list.  We need a better law so these slimeballs cannot interrupt with their BS offers. This is a Republican law and it has no teeth - Repubs talk a strong game but value corporate needs over rights of the private citizen. We need a law like Europe whereby privacy is OPT-IN (we have "opt-out").  Legitimate or not - I do not want to be interrupted at home w/o my express permission!

Just got a call from this number, also from Asbury Park, NJ.  I don't know anyone there and my phone rings, maybe, once a week and that's even rare.  I didn't answer and my answering machine is off.  Glad I checked out the number here so I know I didn't miss anything important.On a side note, about a month ago, two guys rang my doorbell incessantly at about 6:00pm.  I was not feeling good and was in bed.  I finally got up, figuring there must be an emergency, and answered the door.  One of the guys explained that they were there regarding the new electric program.  I told him it wasn't a good time, I wasn't feeling good, and asked if he had some paperwork he could leave.  He said no, so I asked him to come back another time.  He insisted on talking to me and even demanded my electric bill.  I told him I didn't know who he was and again that it wasn't a good time and I closed the door.  He continued to talk - to the door.The next thing I knew, he was ringing my upstairs neighbor's doorbell.  My neighbor and I share a common entrance/front door.  My neighbor came down and opened the door.  He told the guy that it wasn't a good time and come back another time.  They guy still insisted on talking.  I yelled to the guy that it wasn't a good time and leave us alone.  He STILL kept talking!!  Fortunately, my neighbor closed the door on him, too.

Just received a call from this number and the person was accented and said "I would like to speak to the individual that is responsible for paying the electric bill." I started to tell him that this is a business number and he was trying to tell me he'll call back, but I asked him not to call back as this is a business number. Hopefully they will respect that otherwise next time I will NOT be as nice. Legit businesses should register their phone numbers and not cold call people with "not available". Shady.

This number came up on my Caller ID at 3:18 p.m. 1/20/2011 - NOT AVAILABLEI have Call Intercept on my phone which should block phone numbers like this, yet it still came through.  They do not leave a message and if I answer the phone no one is there.  This is very disturbing.  I do not accept solitation calls at my residence.  I realize telemarketers have to make a living too, but not on my line, I am not interested.

Keep getting calls but never a message. Finally called them back (they must have caller ID) and he said he was looking for "andy". I told him there was no one here by that name (which there isn't) and he said sorry and hung up. Hopefully won't hear from them again!

They just finished calling me a few minutes ago with no message. This is just another scam. Debt collections should contact people by mail or if they do call by phone, they need to identify themselves from the beginning and allow you to pay your debt by mail.  No one should ask anyone for credit card information over the phone if they call YOU first.  They are not the company they say they are representing and just want to take people's money and identities.Secondly, I did not give anyone permission to give anyone my cell phone number. And thirdly I do not have any outstanding debts.  Any debt I had is over 8 to 9 years old and it is no longer collectable.  If your debt is over 7 years old, do not pay it.  It will ruin your credit!!  It will show up as an updated, new debt that you paid severly late and it will stay on for ANOTHER 7 years and drop your credit score very low.

They tried to get me to buy an extended warenty on my car and when I refused I got cused out by the man and then he hung up on me. When I called back a woman answered and i ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager. She said she was the supervisor I told her whst had happened and she said she was sorry and she would put me on the do not call list.

This number calls regulary and the caller ID says "Dealer services" I have no idea what the company does or why they keep calling and hanging up.

Getting calls 2 to 3 times a day. The person on the other end won't identify the reason for the call unless I verify who I am. I just hang up. They also call and there is no one on the line.

Okay, so these people have been calling me for the past week. They called me the first time while I was at work, and so I told them I was at work and to please only call me after 6 pm. They called me every day after that, WHILE I WAS AT WORK. I got another call today, around the same time (2PM) and I am not working today so I got to get some information from these ***holes. I talked to a David Schmit, Amy Jones, a John and a Jack. Interesting names I might say for people with extremely heavy accents that can barely speak english. They claimed they are "First Credit Services". So I talked to them about a debt that they claim I have from a gym membership I cancelled years ago. They told me that they would give me a settlement for $200 cheaper than what they were originally asking. I gave them my card # and told them I can only afford $50 a month. They said fine. And when I asked them to send me documentation through federal mail they said they absolutely could not and it was out of their hands. They could send me an e-mail or a fax. So I asked they do both. They said they couldn't "at this time." Being the skeptical person I am, I googled this number, and read all about this and freaked out. Cancelled my debit card, called my old gym to see if they sent me to collections, turns out they did. They gave me the number for the REAL "First Credit Services" which is 1-800-606-7066. I called this 732 number and told them about the 800 number I was given. Amy Jones answered and claimed she was the supervisor and when I asked her about the 800 number she changed the subject multiple times saying if I did not pay her $230 right now my settlement will be void and I will need to pay over $600 to them. I finally got her to tell me that the 800 number I was given was their "head quarters". I told her that I would call them and pay them because I do not trust her company and who she is claiming to be. She got very upset and told me that if I waited until tomorrow I would have to pay multiple amounts so I asked her for her extension, and she claimed to not have one. I told her that all supervisors at big companies MUST have extensions, she denied, I asked her if she was sure and she finally gave me "117". I told her that her and her employees have been very disrespectful and rude to me and I am very offended and I might have to report this to FCC. She hung up on me. And I am excited to call tomorrow to the 800 number my gym gave me to try and figure this **** out once and for all.

VERY RUDE people. Selling "extended warranty" for vehicles. They actually hung up on me 7 times in a row because I kept asking them to take me off their list. The man told me "stop getting personal and get over it. Don't youwant an extended warranty?" THAT WOULD BE A NO! Idiots. The supervisor I spoke with to escalate my complaint did ensure I was on the DNC list, but rushed me off the phone. Idiots. My caller ID shows 27 calls in 3 days!!!!

have gotten multiple calls. i usually dont answer calls from numbers that i dont know, and they never leave a message. once i realized who they were, i started to harass them back. called the number back and muted it multiple times and the girl just kept hanging up on me. after about five calls, the girl on the other end, "amy", stared to sound VERY irritated. ever since then, when i call back, i just get a busy signal. I guess they blocked me like i should have done to them a long time ago!

I looked this # up online to see if I could get some info as to Who They Are & What They May be Calling Me About... Reports are that they are Scammers selling Bogus Extended Auto Warranties. I have not bought a car in years & the ones I have, I bought from Private Parties. HOW did they get My Name? I HATE Phone Sales! I also recieve calls EVERY DAY+ from "Seattle Times"

ACS Affadavit Processing...it's a scam. They keep calling and calling telling me I owe money. i reported them to the Dept. of Homeland Security and they have a huge file of complaints on the same company.
