Michigan resident fed up with robo calls. Recorded robo voice, who identifies as 'Heather' tells me they are in charge of my credit card. (Sounds very plausible, except that I don't own any credit cards for a reason.) And not to worry, there's no problem. But you qualify for this great deal they're offering just for you and just for a limited time... So fed up with my cell being used by scammers.
