Foreign scam artists using this number acting to be Amazon Billing Department claiming that the person receiving the call has been victimized by a fraudulent purchase of over $650. To refund the expense, you would have to respond to their sent email which will activate a remote computer session to access their "billing department." This is a scam! Do no respond to calls from this number!
