Anonymous claims to be a woman from Michigan interested in meeting

Recently got a text from this # person identified themselves as “Kim” from Housing****istance. Siri also detected number to belong to a “Kim” and asked if I wanted to lock # in contacts. However all other searches made result in no owner info and do say that they find there being “Threat detected” in reference to this number but won’t support that finding with any info explaining why, what level of threat nor what brought them to that conclusion.
