740 is an ohio area code ......not west virginia...stoopid

The gentleman called and asked to speak with my husband. I had a missed call from the same number from the previous night. When I told the person I wasn’t (name) he said he had the wrong number and hung up.

I needed to call back and give my social security number to identify myself. I needed to do this as soon as possible or be arrested

Right off the bat asked me for my SSN and said an officer was going to arrest me. If they wanted to make it believable, no office-based government agency answers a call on the first ring. I used to work in government.

calls continual- each day is a different scam- wants your account info for soc sec.

fraudulent car warranty-- every day it is a different fraudulent piece of crap from these idiot scammers!
