She, a woman with a strong, possibly Indian accent, said she was with Social Security. I told her she was fake, and that I was calling the police. She immediately hung up.

They asked me about my bank information. They said they called my local police.

They left no message. They did not identify themself.

Anonymous Caller had an Asian accent and tried to claim he was an agent calling from U.S. Customs enforcement. I have not sent any packages nor ordered any packages from overseas in years so I told him he was full of it and hung up on him.

Said it was IHG and that they were conducting a survey. Already had some information about me. How long I had been a member, my name and location.

Wanted personal information and to answer with only a yes or no

Repeatedly asked is this NAME, when asked who they are, they said they represented IHG resorts and wanted to do survey

740 is an ohio area code ......not west virginia...stoopid

Texts saying they have a job offer and asks you to call and give them information. Cannot identify themselves.

They asked for an unknown person who's name is SIMILIAR to mine to say there is a legal action being taken against me. He tells me to press 2 to talk to a representative to make a payment or give the name/number of my attorney. He tells me this is my Official phone notification.

The gentleman called and asked to speak with my husband. I had a missed call from the same number from the previous night. When I told the person I wasn’t (name) he said he had the wrong number and hung up.

This caller has called my kid's phone from several extensions of this number including: 740-218-1964 740-218-1965 740-218-1966 740-218-1967 740-218-1968 I have blocked the number, and then later I find that they are calling from another number in their series.

Calls multiple times, no message, when I block the number another similar number starts calling, you hear nothing then can hear it connect but nothing said

This scammer uses stolen local landline numbers which is federal wire fraud and they need to be arrested.

Right off the bat asked me for my SSN and said an officer was going to arrest me. If they wanted to make it believable, no office-based government agency answers a call on the first ring. I used to work in government.
