scammer text my real estate client saying that they had a $26,000 settlement charge to obviously scare my client into calling them possibly to get information from them in such a scare tactic. BEWARE! No attorney's office will ever text charges or proposed charges in real estate transaction. I informed my client of such and they are prepared for such scammers
