Leave a CommentI receive prerecorded messages on a business line from 757-271-2746, 757-215-1920, and 804-657-5050. They are all from the same company, although the message identifies Ms. Allen, Sherry Martinez, and John Sanders. Via a Google search I discovered that they appear to be debt collectors. I immediately filed a complaint with the FCC because it appears these calls violate Federal laws: the callers do not identify themselves as debt collectors, they do not specify the name of the company the caller represents, and they do not specify for whom they are leaving the message. I would encourage anyone who receives such messages to go to the FCC website and file a complaint!

We should all get together and go to these collection companies and kick some a**. They are just whimps hiding behind their phones. I know a few of them and they are usually little short men that could not fight their way out of a wet paper bag. Even if they are physically larger men there are more of us then there are of them. Let's unite and show them what power we have over them for once. Everyone think about this. Times are tough and these blood ****ers need to get a job that they can do rather then hiding behind their little telephones trying to get money from people that just do not have it right now!!!!!!!
Its just a collector. they call from many different area codes and its usually (for me) a recording asking me to call to discuss "paperwork". i suggest not to answer, these agressive debt collection agencys are very volatile, and very disprespectfull. If you cant pay them, dont even bother argueing with them.
Same thing they call looking for a Rosa Parks. I have told them over and over I have no idea who she is. They will not remove my number from there system.
keeps calling my number asking for someone else, and it isnt me & they wont stop calling. Tried calling back the number & just get a general voice mail & left message telling them that the person they are looking for does not have this phone number any more! But they still keep calling me!
