Portfolio Recovery ,, been Harassing me for an old Debt of nearly 15 years. most Statues of Limitation have expired and they still try to collect on an extremely old debt they purchased. Unrecoverable as I will NEVER allow it . They have followed me fro address to address. Great credit now and When offered a resolution in 1999 a dispute was merged and That company and I went separate ways. Yes I still purchase from PepBoys but this purchasing of OLD debts over and over has got to QUIT. We nee to unites and star an OFFICIAL pe***ion to cease all bad debt purchase over 3 years or no more than five, become INVAILED and NO-RECOVERABLE. I believe This has aggravated me long enough 17 years LATER I AM STILL HARRASSED, DAILY, NIGHTLY WEEKLY, WEEKENDS late night and early morning. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. WE MUST DEMAND IT !!!

They call incessantly. They purchased a debt that is about 12 years old and was a charge off a decade ago. Block them. They have many phone numbers that they call from.

these people are bottom feeders that pray on other people. they buy old debt even if its been over 10 years and the debt has expired.
