I would say to everyone that they should ***** a quick email to one of the executives of this company.This guy is the COO.  I got his email address off the Sigma Nu website.http://www.sigmanuvwc.com/page.php?parent_id=&page_id=15848I would highly recommend that everyone send him a email to let him know if he keeps this up they could be in a world of [email protected]

My sister has an unpaid bill and they contacted me to get her information.  I called back and spoke with "Kim" and told her that I have my sisters contact information and I would like to email it to them.  She said they do not have emails (BS!) but was about to give me her personal email address, which she ended up not giving to me.What they are doing is VERY illegal and they need to be stopped.  Calling me, to get someone's elses contact information who has a debt??? A NO-NO!

They are sear****g for people with old debts (or even people whose *relatives* had old debts) and trying to scare them into paying them some money to "avoid" going to court.The federal debt collection law FORBIDS these kinds of calls without identifying right up to that "This is debt collection call" & giving do***entation of the debt. Also, they cannot call you a***n if you tell them in writing that you won't talk to them. This company is breaking the law.I strongly recommend that you file a flood of complaints w/ the BBB in Norfolk.This company is rated "A" by the BBB (Better Business Bureau). I recieved calls from this number with basically the same as others: This is Terri and I'm calling about an action I'm filing with ****** County.....blah, blah, blah. The calls were for my sister who hasn't lived at this address since she was in college in the mid seventies! How they have her name and this number together is beyond me. As she has moved away and I don't have her address, I ignored the call as well. I'd like to know who the phone number is****igned to. It shows as unlisted in reverse white pages.

I keep getting calls from this # stating, this is "Chelsa and we have a PENDING matter from the couty I live in, states that they have a pending matter a***nst me" and when I called this woman s****ed YELLING at me, saying that I had a breach of contract with a company back in 2000? and I asked her to send me the inforamtion, she said we did back in Dec. they have my old address, but somehow obtained my cell phone #? I am so lost and confused. the statue of limitations in Ohio is 15 years, so I am not sure what to do at this point!

Some really rude person called from this number at 8 am this morning demanding to talk to me. I was at work and they were threatening my Mom that if she didn't tell them where I was, she would be arrested and so would I when I was found. Turns out after about 15 minutes, the caller realized I was not who they were looking for, but still would not tell me who they were or who they work for other than just a collection agency.
