I don't know if this is a spammer or not, but they've been calling me for 4 years and I've called and told them that this was a wrong number and they're still calling me!!

I got the same exact message for a Ricky Smidt, saying pending matter, needs a statement, blah, blah and they too gave a file number.  I tried calling them back but phone just rings.

JT These people are crooks!  Look out! They called my family and work. SCAM!!  WATCH OUT I WILL BE REPORTING YOU ALL!

My sister has an unpaid bill and they contacted me to get her information.  I called back and spoke with "Kim" and told her that I have my sisters contact information and I would like to email it to them.  She said they do not have emails (BS!) but was about to give me her personal email address, which she ended up not giving to me.What they are doing is VERY illegal and they need to be stopped.  Calling me, to get someone's elses contact information who has a debt??? A NO-NO!
