Says car insurance or warranty or so****ing they are selling. Claims a link to Oceanside and Bridgeport, both are navy / marine bases, I am former marine, this easily preying on people. More importantly, it’s where they are keeping my stolen body while sending out clones in place of me. Help!

Jud D Sloan,, keep me stealthed. I have checked this number and these people have given multiple reasons for calling people. Told me I won a trip payed for. Sounded quite expensive, I think you should approach them carefully just a ***ch.

steven its a scam i got the same call from 2 different numbers. one is 2179603320 which is in the illinois area and the second is 76026***76 which is in victorville california. the same guy both times with and had and middle eastern accent. the supposed law firm sueing me was latham and watkins who i called and they even told me its not true its a scam

Heather Received a phone call from this number saying I was going to be arrested for obtaining a fraudulent loan. When pressed for information, they said they would not give it to me and "good luck with the events that were about to unfold." After some research, discovered it is a scam.

hilarious how this barely speaking English Guy tells me he's a lawyer and his company is filling a lawsuit on me then when I ask what's its about proceeds to tell me to shut my mouth so he can tell me. what thats not professional lawyer talk. then tells me I have three payday loans out with them that I have not paid they have tried 6 times to retrieve their money but my bank wouldn't late them...funny thing 6 times God my account should be way past overdraft it should be closed ****. these ppl are full of ****.

Ellen I didn't answer the phone, message was nothing but static. I wish these people would respect my privacy....I am so sick and tired of being bothered at all hours of the day and night.

The man spoke with a foreign accent.  He did not have my name correct and told me I better return his call and not to ignore it or he could not help me.  He then wished me good luck and have a nice day and cautioned me a***n to call or have my attorney.  The first time the number he gave me to call was 760-269-3825 then the second time he repeated the number as 760-669-3825 and called him self Albert Bernard.  I believe this is a scam with ********* tactics and I am appalled that they (meaning criminals) continue to get away with this type of thing.  Very unsettling..

I too received a call from someone at this number.  Because of the accent I did not ge the name of the first individual...he said there were corrupted windows files and i should go through a set of steps with him.  I asked him to repeat where he was from and he repeated that he is a computer tech contracted by windows and they have received a critical error.  He could walk me through some things.Being a little (my daughter may argue that) naive I went through some of the steps reminding myself not to do or give any personal information.  The he said oh my thats not good i think you have big problems that if you don't fix them you will corrut your computer completely.  He put me on hold.....the supervisor, Angel came on the phone... stated that i need to fix this problem and i could pay 250 for 3 years or 350 for life...hmmmI told her that i am not the decision maker and that i would need to get my daugher to call them back as it is her computer and her commitment... (man do i feel old now! using my daugher as a defense of so****ing I know nothing about).  She continued to tell me how nice if would be of me as a mother to surprise her with cleaning and keeping safe her computer....... hmmmmmmmmm. I asked for the phone number and i would have my daughter call back.Now that i am off the phone and did not give my credit card i may just tell her.  DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!This s****ed my search and i found these reports.

I kept getting calls from them as well. Lucky for me I work for an actual law firm who sues debtors, and let me tell you that all you have to say is that they are in violation of the FDCPA. Debt collectors; by law, must read you a mini miranda "This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose" If this is not said then they have violated your rights as a debtor. Hit them with this and all the calls will stop. I also reported them to the police agency today. The man screamed at me and told me that he was going to send someone to my job or home who will give me the leagl papers, let me review them for 5 minutes, and then arrest me and take me to court. Ha, a***n I work for an actual law firm that does this stuff, and you CAN NOT be arrested because you are in debt, also they MUST verify with actual statements what you owe, who it is from, and what happend if you request this. However, this company will just tell you that you have to have a lawyer. Because I work for this type of law firm, I was able to get one of the attorneys on the phone, as soon as she stated her name and position they quickly ***g up and would no longer answer my calls.

Indian Telephone scam

I find it funny that w***ver typed this message does not know how to use proper grammer.....i am sure that the person who typed this message is the lady i just got off the phone with that can barely speak english and is trying to steal my money....so "LINDA" maybe you should work on your english and get a real job and quit harrassing people who actually work to earn their money!!

Go to FBI.com and go to the tab that says scams-safety...scroll down a little bit and read the article Telephone Collection Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans. you can report their number as well and if they call back you have every right to go off on them.....i do, then they **** up and call back.....i s****ed playing their game and calling them back asking for all the names they used.....they finally blocked my phone number....now i am just going to have to do it with my cell phone and work phone. YOU DO NOT OWE THEM ANY MONEY....NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!! Be sure that if you filled out a loan app through money mutual and you used a friend or family memeber as a reference at any time notify them and tell them not to give them any money nor imformation.......Some people have contacted their local police department but they can not do anything unless funds were actually taken from you...but they do file a statement so if you would feel safe reporting it you should....In the mean time don't give in to them....they hate it when people call them back and question them so i think EVERYONE should do that!!Good luck

They called me this morning and told me that someone would be coming to my job on thursday and take me back to california and put me in jail. Who are these people?

I got call from  some 000000 # .One day they left me voice message  which I can barely understand...some ****py indian accent...i think he said he was calling from some attorney...and I will be sorry if I do not call back..and left me this #...7602693826...Next time I get this call i am going to report to the authoirities.Freaking outsourced call centers.

This number called me and my friends phone stating that I need to call them asap and to not ignore thaw call and stated "good luck" on both cell phones.
