This is another US Tech Scam number used in the email: "To cancel, please reach us at (760)-383-9332 to discontinue."

On a craigslist item. A deal to good to be true.

Obvious predatory scare tactics which can be safely ignored. This is not the way true legal actions actually can legitimately proceed (i.e., expect a summons, legitimate (traceable) warning letter by regular mail or by special delivery/certified (usually w. return receipt requested or requiring signature by the person receiving or accepting the document).

I blocked the other number I've been receiving calls on regarding being prosecuted and now getting calld on this number. Blocked this number and most likely will get calls from yet another phone number.
