This is a number used by Google Voice. I received a call from a corrupt San Bernardino County deputy, Jamie Salas Leatherman, making a threat to quote "slap a felony stalker charge on my a_s" like some ghetto trash ****. She is the daughter of a woman I dated and 7yrs ago before she was a little deputy her and her ***her tried making false claims about indecent behavior with a teenage family member. Big Bear sheriff's interviewed all involved and found it completely falsified. Reason was I was tge first guy dating the mother during the parents separation. So now she's gonna try a***n w her mom n I on phone discussions. However she's extremely mentally deficient as if I were "stalking " her mom our phone chats wouldn't be 2 to sometimes 3+ hours. In process of getting her her very own Internal Affairs investigation. Picked the wrong man to threaten.

This number (201) 297-9345 is being used by a scammer pretending to be a Chase Bank fraud investigator (or other banks depending on where the****ential victim banks) working closely with Microsoft or other major computer related providers and federal cybercrime investigators to research your iden***y being stolen and used for illegal purposes in US and international. The fake Microsoft employee will walk you through the steps to download a program so he can see your computer screen and will have you login to your bank accounts or investments accounts with the purpose of tricking you to transfer it to him through an alias. They will also manipulate the screen to show fake pending transactions of illicit purchases such as ****, drugs, etc. and tell you not to call the bank, since it’s confidential or login directly to your account because then you will see no such pending transaction, or the bank will also tell you the same and likely alert you that it’s a fraud. Also, tell you that scammers have purchased property in your name overseas and using your identify to conduct illegal transactions including money laundering. He and the fake Microsoft support employees will caution that you keep this confidential and don't tell anyone, even spouse, children, friends relatives, even your pastor otherwise the investigation will be compromised. While they have you on hold, will tell you to relax, they will protect you, go have a gl*** of wine. Once he lures you in, will ask that you buy several gift cards such as Apple, Target, Sephora, Walmart Visa valued at thousands of dollars. Then you call him after each purchase and give him the card id and pin. Purpose of the gift card is to protect your money until during the investigation which will be returned to you at completion. If you've funds in bank accounts, will try to get you to transfer it to an international account where an international fraud investigator will collect and safeguard until investigation is completed. REMEBR NO BANKS OR LEGITIMATE BUSINESS WILL ASK YOU TO BUY GIFT CARDS OR TRANSFER YOUR****ETS TO THEM WHILE A FRAUD INVESTIGATION IS GOING ON. He instructs you to tell the store clerks that you're buying gift cards as presents for someone's birthday, wedding, graduation, etc. He'll ask that you keep him on the line and put the phone in your pocket or purse so he can monitor what you're saying, or the store clerk or bank personnel is saying. Sometimes he will setup up a safety wallet account in your name at your banking ins***ution in which you can transfer all your money and****ets for protection. Of course, he secretly has access and will steal your life saving and leave you with thousands of dollars credit card debts for gift card purchases which you are responsible for. DO NOT SEND THEM A SCAN COPY OF YOUR DRIVER’S LICENSE OR OTHER ID INCLUDING REVEALING YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMER.THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO STEAL YOUR IDEN***Y AND USE IT FOR THEIR ***NS.

A girl with an Indian accent said persons had hacked into my account from both Oregon and Arizona trying to purchase an iPhone 12 for $900. When I s****ed asking her questions instead of answering her questions, she ***g up on me.

They had an email address that I’ve never had, so I know it was ********... They say they’re from Amazon, but I believe they’re scammers and they need to be arrested.

These people keep calling my job and home. I have threated them and they wait a few weeks and s**** calling back saying to get a lawyer and they are downloading my file. How do I get them to stop harassing me on my job and home? Especially on my job.The last person to call was a James Tyler. Saying I owe money for a Cash Advance.

I also received a call on Feb 23 from 760 383-3189.  The caller was a lady w/an accent (sounded Indian).  She said it was a time-sensitive matter and to call her back, not to ignore the call.  She said if I failed to return the call "God help me".  How can these people be stopped.  This IS very annoying.  The calls stop for a few weeks then s**** up a***n. It's always a different person, a different phone number, but the message is always the same.

you need to contact your bank and tell them what is going on and make sure they will not let anyone take money out of your accounts unless it is cleared by you first. let your place of employment know as well, if need to, have them check out the payday loan blog page, you check it out too if you haven't. call social security and let them know these people have your info, plus contact the 3 credit reporting agencies and let them know. then if they call you more, simply tell them you have contacted the FBI and you will gladly see them in court.

They try this every couple months with me when they don't get results with one person doing the calls they have another person do it ****. Everything above fits the exact experience I have had. Using American names with Indian accents and stating there is a federal case a***nst me, etc. However, all my debts are known to me and the company that they mention, only once, is not on that list. The comments about them giving info about who they are collecting for are also true and after I continued to try and get this information, they decided that I could call back later.

I got this same phone call several times.  They keep calling and threatening me too.  I called it back and threatened with calling the police department and my lawyer.  I told them don't call me threatening, because I don't know who they are and I cussed them out.

The people calling from this company are scammers they will try to get all your information and threaten you with sending an attorney and the law after you. They describe themselves as lawyers and you have a pay day loan with us and need to get it paid.

I got a call from a man and hes been calling my phone and left messages kinda of trying to intimidate me, so I called the number back because all I could get from his accent were a few words, and that was him telling me that so****ing legal and charges and if I dont call him he feels bad for me.  So I tryed to call the number back and he answered.  When he answered I automatically asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he wouldnt put me through to one,He tryed to say that I had gotten a loan out in 2010 ( which I never did) and I didnt pay it back, and that I needed to have a lawyer or make a deal and pay it to them, well when I caught him in the lie and said I never got a loan out and they were wronge (having to speak over him) he automatically said that it was not a scam, which right there I knew it was.  And when I told him to press the charges and to not call me he s****ed calling me names and saying that he knew where I lived, he knew my whole name and address.  Me being a single 26 year old mom, that was scary!  After he told me to F*** off and called me a B***h several times he ***g up.  I then called him back and he said quote" Quit calling this phone you ****** ****** lady", I then called him and said I have your number and I am calling the police and I ***g up.  His name was John burnick Obviously not his name but that was the name he gave me.  Whats scary is somehow these people know your number (mine was a cell phone) and your address and name, who the heck is this, I really hope theres no one that falls for this stuff, if anyone else has had this call please post to get the word out.
