Same reports as everyone else, give ol' John a call to talk about loans. At least she is consistent. Phone beeped once and nothing showed on received calls, only a vm.

My phone didn't go off, and there is nothing in my missed calls or received calls indicating a call came in. It went directly to voicemail, and a robo-woman said that I may have received a call from her "manager," John (which I did yes****ay from robo-"John"). "She" directed me to call this number about my student loans (which I never had--my tuition was completely paid by the VA).

Don't believe them, student loan forgiveness. I called my loan department and confirmed it! I got first call from John 714-381-1459. A Jennifer called and left message to call back at 760-392-2198. The call always comes up restricted.

Same as all the others, Jennifer called saying her manager John may have called me about reducing my Federal Student loan. And left this call back number.

Jennifer also called to helpfully inform me that I might qualify for a reduction in my student loans BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION (emphasis hers) and that her manager John has likely called me before. Nope!

Said her manager John may have called me and that I might be eligible for a reduction in my student loan.

Same as above. They are trying to get you to sign up for a loan at some ridiculously high interest rate. Do not call them back and block them.

A woman named Jennifer is calling to help reduce student loans and said her manager John may have left a message previously but that is not the case. I believe it is a spam caller.

Same as all the others, Jennifer called saying her manager John may have called me (however his message came the day after with a different call back number). Thankfully I'm well versed enough to know that this is a scam and not fall subject, but hopefully it will help others to not get ****ed into another scam mess.

Student Loan Support Department eligibalitiy for reduced payment options and other loan payment programs I may not have been informed of yet. If you have questions about your student loans reach out to the FedLoan department directly. This is very clearly a scam.

I've received several calls from this number and two voicemails telling me it was the Dept. of Education and that they wanted to forgive my loans. Anyone who receives a call from this number should file a complaint to the FTC https://www.ftc.gov
