Always calling don't know who this is

For more than 5 years, people call my nunmer asking for Manny Ahles who has given my phone number as his contact number regarding purchases he says he is interested in. I tell who ever calls that this (my number) is not his and that he is a fraud; which he is because I don't know him and have had my number for more than 5 years. I do not want to put my number in this comment on line, but it is different from the one being verified.
