I received a text from this number only saying "Hi!"

Static and hard to hear what they wanted.

I couldn't pick up and the caller called me. I saw that they called me a few days later and called them back. They didn't answer.

Caller ID shows "marketing" but robo call says they are not a sales call. However, I have received these calls numerous times previously and this is from company selling home alarm systems. My number registered with National no call list so complaint was filed a***nst company and their number.
