Mygraine1 Called 02.01.2012. Left no message. I****ume it's a bill collector whenever I don't recognize the number because I owe a few debts. Thank goodness for caller ID. However, the name displayed as "not_available"

This numbers called everyday at least twice and they dont speak English. Most of the time they **** up on me when I answer.

******* collection agents. That is a scam. They are bottom feeders who you do not have to talk to. They cannot remove anything from your credit score and no matter what they claim, you owe them no money. That's why they always try to make deals for pennies on the dollar!

Luciano I got 2 calls from the same guy, Jack Wilson. The first call I missed and he said he wants my attorney to call him. I had no idea what he was talking about so I called him back. After about 5 mins of speaking to him he said I had a court appearance on Oct 26th and he wished the best of luck to me. The next day I called and asked for him and they said he wasn't available and that he went to court. The rep that answered sounded just like him, and he asked how can I help you, I s****ed to explain the conversation from the previous day and then the rep said "I explained to you yes****ay".... WHOA I thought you were in court I yelled and then I asked to speak to a supervisor thats when he really got upset and said please have your attorney call us and ***g the phone up. My wife works for a law firm and its impossible for you to have a court date without paperwork being filed first.
