Misty Caldwell This number calls every 3 to 4 days and the caller ID says the name is recovery state. It is a recording and they give you a number to call back They state that they are investigating a fraudulent case a***nst you and that you need to call their office and they give a telephone number for you to call back. Do not call them back. They are trying to say that you have a payday loan that you did not repay and they are collecting this loan on the phone. I had a payday loan three years ago and paid it off in one week I called the company to make sure that their records showed that it was paid and they said that I do not owe them any money and they do not know who this company is that keeps calling me. Do not call them back. They give you an amount that you did not owe to begin with plus they have all of your personal information and your Social Security number. They are fraudulent and you need to call the police.
