1-763-219-4848 caller ID says "Attention" where name should be and coming from Cambridge, MN. Calls me saying calls will be recorded and wants me to confirm my name. I ask who is calling and he mumbled so****ing not understandable then asks if my date of birth is ****X? I refused to confirm and he said to call back when I can talk but did not leave a number then ***g up.
