this phone number took $84 out of my account today without my permission. Im trying to find out who they are

Anyone receiving text from this number, please advise. Hi we've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty

This number has attempted to call me on 2 other occassions. Since I didn't recognize the number and so tired of all the unsolicited calls trying to either sell me so****ing or getting paid from me jumping into a site through there calling.
