James Nelson in Ellis County, Texas owes people money; I don't know and don't care.  Find a better debt collection service because than the people you have used for the last four (4) years, because they have been calling my four cellphone numbers for the last four (4) years, and don't have a clue about what they are doing.Bunch of numb nuts.

I'm pretty sure it's a debt collector, but I can't tell which one. The "business matter" is a giveaway. The number is on Osseo Minnesota, wherever that is. Probably a Robo-dialer hitting all their "clients" - that way they don't have to pay real people to harass you
