Called and just breathed on the phone.

Texts as a private landlord and local investor looking to purchase properties that I am not****ociated with. Says they have purchased homes in my neighborhood and am I interested in selling within the next 90 days. They are pulling****ociated phone numbers from databases similar to BeenVerified and contacted people related to the property owners in an attempt to get the property owners.

Unknown call at 4:45 in the morning. Did not answer.
