iPhone User robo caller trying to sell insurance

on DNC caller id = Lilburn GA = keeps calling, never leaves a message, when I answer long pause (indicating robo caller) before person comes on line, noise in background, and all this happens over several calls...ugh...and then line went dead...ugh...yet another spam telemarketer...maybe more 'FREE' stuff from barach hussein Osama???

MJ I NO LONGER answer my cell phone unless I recognize the phone number. I got a call from this number. They did not leave a message. I am thinking this is SPAM since they did not leave a message. If someone calls me and I do not answer my phone and they wanted or needed to talk to me they would leave me a message, correct? To call and not leave me a message is SPAM to me!!!

Called and no voice mails.
