I too received a call from this company (AmerAssist  ARSolutions), but I've managed to get rid of them without breaking a sweat.I have a disconnected sound wave recorded on my answering ma****e, so any of the telemarketing, debt collection, credit card services etc. who calls and hears this pre-recorded tone, instantly believes they have a disconnected number.   The sound waves can be found at: http://www.payphone-directory.org/sounds.html   Make sure you tell your family and friends, because they will think your number is disconnected too!
