They have a recorded message that immediately says there is no problem with "my account", but there is no company name given. That they have a lower rate offer and choose #1 to continue or #3 to not call a***n. I chose #3 to get no more calls.   Next day they called back, but I missed it.  I redialed the number to find it was a "not in service" phone number. It is obviously a fake number so you cannot identify them, because 770 numbers are from Atlanta, Ga. area where I live.  In fact the number is very similar to mine.

Billy Hide and Seek, they said they are investigative marshalls and will have me thrown in jail if I do not abide by their instructions and turn in my kia optima..makes me want to play hide and seek..just call this number and you can be a kid a***n.
