This number keeps texting me ! And he/she will not stop . Can anyone please tell if they know this number. Thank you .

Second call today, have to believe it's from a collections agency (sounded like a boiler-room call center in the background).  First call was from 702-475-3848, but both callers were looking for "Tom" or "Thomas." Told both that there is no Tom/Thomas at this number. The first woman insisted she had the right number (!). Both ***g up when I asked what company they were calling from, because I wanted to lodge a complaint.
