This was an illegal telemarketing call soliciting business for a tax services provider allegedly named Amanda Turner across state lines. The collar was offering legal services although they admitted they were not an attorney or licensed to practice in the state of Texas where the services were being solicited and we're practicing law without a license is a felon.
