CABLE UPGRADE SCAM-preys on senior citizens. Tells them that they need an upgrade on their TV. Charges $199-$499 then shows up every month.

Said he could apply a discount to my xfinity account. He seemed to already have my account info. Discount would lower my bill to $200 for 2 years.

Acted like my cable company and wanted $125.00 to keep my same service but lower my bill. They asked for my account number,, monthly bill amount, and has wrong name. Needed it paid by cc immediately.
