Anonymous This is a gentleman by the name of Josh minor who has been for the last 2 years stalking me threatening me my wife my kids

said they(comcast) had just finished a software upgrade to their and were checking on bad reception. wanted my account ,refused, they got mad because I wouldn't give it to them, Hung up on me.

CABLE UPGRADE SCAM-preys on senior citizens. Tells them that they need an upgrade on their TV. Charges $199-$499 then shows up every month.

Said he could apply a discount to my xfinity account. He seemed to already have my account info. Discount would lower my bill to $200 for 2 years.

Cable bill reduction scam! Ask me to mail them a check for $100.00. LOL Kept them on the phone for 20 minutes!

Wanted to give me a discount on my phone service. Then wanted a credit card - said AT&T couldn't bill me.

John Acted as xfinity, gave this number, wanted my account number, pretended to offer promotion for 2 years

Anonymous Acted like my cable company and wanted $125.00 to keep my same service but lower my bill. They asked for my account number,, monthly bill amount, and has wrong name. Needed it paid by cc immediately.

tonyms It is a telemarketer fro creit card services( who ever they are). WHEN YOU TRY TO SPEAK TO THEM TO stop calling and who they are- They get rude and hang up.

Just got a call from these guys telling me I qualify for a lower rate because my CC's interest rate is above 10% then they asked me what my rate is... Shouldn't they know that since they called me? Then they wanted my CC number .... I asked if they have a name and they said "cardmember services" he persisted to tell me I'm protected and then asked if I was serious about saving money. I advised him I'm uncomfortable in giving my CC # out over the phone to someone I don't know. I asked if he could send it in writing that I qualify for a lower rate... He avoided the question.

Sometimes they call as a bogus credit card company, sometimes as a completely silent caller. Really bothersome.

Call me about once a month. Annoying!

A lot of these type calls (credit cards), if you listen all the way to the end they say if you want to be removed from their list to hit a #, usually 9 or 6. I've done this numerous times, then they don't call back. I did it on this #. You have to listen to the end though.

I have received several automated calls about resolving my credit issues over the past month or so. I don't have any credit problems! It is a recorded message - no person on the other end. Continuous calling from this Company. Have asked that I be removed from there list's, to no avail, but they keep calling and using the Government's name in some Energy thingy. I am on the do not call list - but they keep calling - I want it to stop!

Said I won a jackpot contest with a certified $50,000 check but had to send over $450 via western union before it could be claimed. It doesnt take a Phila. lawyer to figure out this is a scam.
