He requested I push windows, R and run www.teamviewer.com and download a form to fill out for them to refund my money. I didn’t do this and the caller was getting insistent. I told him I’d do it later. He said he would call back in 10 minutes.

These people called on a cell phone that is used for emergency only. They get very angry if asked the name of the individual or the name of the company. When asked them not to call this number they really "went off". I just ***g up
