A man by the name of "Mike Martinez" has been calling repeatedly,  and making threats of legal action and incarceration, wanting me to make a payment to him on a loan that is currently in good standing and has never been defaulted on. I have no idea how he has attained my personal information or any of the information that was given on personal references on the application of the original loan. My loan company says do not answer any of his calls a***n but I feel as though charges should be put up a***nst him, as if he was successful in his trying to illegally attain funds from me I would be out of $1100.00 dollars.

guy with a terrible accent goes by the name of Adam Stone threateneing me with legal action if i don't pay him. He has called before saying his name is John from a legal firm but will not tell me the name of the firm. it is the same person that keeps calling my job and telling me that if I don't pay i'm going to jail. i'm tired of being harassed by these people.how in the world did they get my information. i thought that was illegal. these people need to be stopped.

keep calling telling me that they are going to put me in jail if i dont pay them the money i stole from them. they have called my relatives and telling them that they are going to put me in jail. first name was alex ferguson second name was mike martinez. both are fake names of course since their accent is foreign. Middle East.

Both my husband and I received calls today from this ph # stating that we were being sued by a Cash Advance place (which we have never obtained a loan) and had my husband's ss #, our bank information and our home address.  I will not stop until this **** is stopped.

scam, keep telling me i owe a pay day loan i got on line. Never received a pay day loan on line. Kept going on about my name on a national loan database. Also i was in default for a loan i received. (never did). Finally they said i will be going down town for a long time. I asked down town where? they said where i live. Neither of the two people i spoke with could speak much English. I just told them to send me the info certified with the USPS. They said they would not so i told them never to call me a***n. The number they gave me to call back this time was 772-324-7138 X104 but the other number was 541-702-4031 X104. Oh, and both had the same name of Martin Jones.

They are going to put me in jail if I don't give them 325 dollars that I tock out a paid day lone and when I said I didn't take on out he told me to find a lawer to bail me out of jail and that he was goin to get me fired

Called and left a message that it was urgent for me to call them back. So I did. I asked who they were and who did they work for. I was told that they worked for the Criminal Justice Dept and they needed to discuss my credit card fraud.

these people keep calling my place of business and saying they are from the department of crime prevention!! RIght. Pieces of garbage. I dont know who they are or why they keep calling but i really want to report them

They have been repeatedly calling the # of my workplace. Our receptionist became so upset by the vulger language they were using I took the call.They claimed to be Legal Counsel from the State Fraud Division. They repeatedly asked me for my name over and over before answering every question I asked with the word "Mother**@ker"Clearly a scam. If you see this # do not answer it and under no cir***stances pass on any personal information.
