Keep getting calls from this number.  At first I ignored them but then decided to pick up to tell them to stop calling me.  However, when I did that, there was no one on the other end, just silence.  Very annoying!

A man by the name of "Mike Martinez" has been calling repeatedly,  and making threats of legal action and incarceration, wanting me to make a payment to him on a loan that is currently in good standing and has never been defaulted on. I have no idea how he has attained my personal information or any of the information that was given on personal references on the application of the original loan. My loan company says do not answer any of his calls a***n but I feel as though charges should be put up a***nst him, as if he was successful in his trying to illegally attain funds from me I would be out of $1100.00 dollars.

Who is using this number?

He uses many different names,numbers and agencies?He is representing. Calls jobs and on and on. Indian accent rude and screams a lot. I asked him if he lost his camel and that was why he was in such a bad mood!
