Fiance got two calls from this number and told she defaulted on a loan. The loan was legit but she had long ago paid it off. She called the actual lender and they confirmed. I called the number and said I wanted to pay my loan off (not that I had a loan) and gave an alias. They put me on hold to check my account. They came back and generally said I could pay my debt off with either a credit card or use Western Union or incur the cost of legal proceedings. They couldnt tell me the loan amount either. The loan was from the same lender my fiance had but I had never taken a loan there. I asked for the mailing address to send a check and was told they only except credit cards. Then I asked which jurisdiction the legal proceedings would take place in. The guy ***g up on me.
just had two calls yes****ay from this number. They won't leave me alone.
I too had a call and i had a debt too. but i paid through a debt management company who sent me a legal notice and a settlement letter. If you ask these guys to send anything in writing they wont do it....It clearly shows that they are cheating people.
They call claiming they are "Alex Johnson" or "Sean Anderson" an "officer of the law" with some sort of indian accent and that there will be police officers coming to arrest me with all these bogus charges a***nst me on a phony payday loan that I supposedly had... they even had names of friends that I have previously used as referrences on other things & my ssn. They've even called me back after I **** up calling me a "b*tch" and "****** lady... that's all you are is a ****** worthless lady" and one even said "i will track you down and kick your a**" I called the FTC and our state's Attorney General and they both said it's a scam and the only thing I can do is c****e my number or **** up as soon as I realize it's them and not to give them money. They also gave me a list of information that would help determine the difference between a real debt collector and a scammer. A debt collector HAS to send you a written notification with in 5 business days of the first contact. Also, a debt collecting agency and officer CANNOT make ANY sort of threats a***nst you whatsoever... not even to garnish wages. If they do so and it is reported, they can receive fines s****ing at $10,000. My husband is in the military so we can't just c****e our phone numbers, there are way too many people we would have to notify, so we contacted our cell phone providers and downloaded a phone number blocking program and add those numbers to the list as they call. They stop calling for a while but eventually find a number that isn't on the list.

I too have recieved a call that left a message and said that my girlfriend had used my name and number on a payday loan. Everytime I s**** asking questions, they **** up on me. When I finally talked to them and told them I was going to report them, the man on the line s****ed cussing me out. They will not tell us any direct information about the loan in question, but it does bother me that they have both of our names and my phone number. I too would like to recieve any info that anyone might have about this company. My email is [email protected]. Please use the Subject: ACS Lies
I received several calls from this number today. The frightening thing is that they had my personal information. They told me they were with FDIC. The person sounded Indian and he was very rude and persistent. I ***g up on them and they called my work. I called the FDIC and they said they would never call unsolicited. They also called from 772-409-6209. When you call those numbers back, they just ring but no one answers. It shows up on Caller ID as 000-000-0000.
left a 2 second voicemail, sounded like a ma****e that just sees if you answer or not for marketing purposes...
I received a voicemail from an Officer Randy Brown claiming he is from United States Law Enforcement Department. He did not say my name correctly and can barely speak english. He even said at the call that his name was Andy Brown. He couldn't even get the made up name right. It's a scam.
