Leave a CommentTo whom it may concern; These people are scammers! They tell you they can reduce your credit card interest and save you all k8inds of money! When I was originally called they told me I needed to give them a credit card number in order to begin service, but I was told it would not be charged the $695.00. I called them after the intial credit card statement was charged in order to cancel. They sent me a letter wanting me to sign to authorize service, which I never signed. But now I'm tring just to get the charge off my account, which I hope will be taken care of. Someone needs to get the culprits of this scam!
The web site www.heatherwithaccountservices needs your help in bringing down the culprits running this illegal telemarketing operation. Please email the site admin him at:[email protected] you, as a result of receiving one of the "Heather" calls, have ever had any actual transactional dealings with any of the companies possibly behind or somehow related to this scam (based on numerous web postings that may or may not be accurate), including American Debt Negotiators C**** Springs Florida, the Consumer Law Group Richmond, VA, Castle Funding LLC/FL Home Mortgage and Realty LLC, American Credit Counselors, Inc., PHL International Deerfield Beach Florida, BMV Corp or Metukon Corp.C**** Springs Florida, IXE Accelerated Financial Center, LLC Altamonte Springs, Interest Savings Today Ocoee, Florida, a**** others. If you have conversed in detail with the representatives of any of these companies about their services or, more importantly, gone so far as to receive written materials in the mail that contain identifying information such as names of company reps and return mailing addresses, or have ever been charged service fees on your credit card by any of them, please email the details to the aforementioned address. On web sites like this one where people have been complaining about receiving these "Heather" calls, there are posts from people who have had such contact with some of these companies. If you are one of those people, please email the details to the aforementioned address. Action is underway in several state and federal law enforcement agencies intended to shut the real culprits down and sort out the innocent parties (if there are any) at the same time.
When I answered the phone, Heather's prerecorded message said to press 1 to speak to someone. I did so, and asked the representative for his company's name and number, in case we were disconnected. I told the representative that they weren't allowed to call me, and he countered that "you pressed one." I reiterated that they were not allowed to call. He transferred me to his "supervisor", who spoke briefly in an argumentative, then obscene manner, and ***g up.After the call, I dialed 772-664-4005, which led to a recording saying "You have reached a number that has been disconnected or is no longer in service."I telephoned the 888-226-5185 number that the representative provided, which was answered by a receptionist at IXE Accelerated Financial Center. A Google search yields http://ixeacceleratedfinancialservices.com/ as well as numerous telephone complaints from other individuals -- one of whom suggested calling IXE's 888 number from payphones, which will charge IXE $0.50 for each call to them. The FCC's complaint form can be found at https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088cform.doOther individuals suggest contacting your state's Attorney General and Senator. And, since 772 is a Florida area code, others suggest filing complaints with the Attorney General and other officials in Florida...Try printing this pdf out and sending it in.http://www.myfloridalegal.com/ConsumerComplaint.pdfMain office mailing address:Office of Attorney GeneralState of FloridaThe Capitol PL-01Tallahassee, FL 32399-1050Email address for Attorney General Bill McCollum:[email protected] office telephone numbers:Switchboard: 850-414-3300
The iden***y of the scammers making these call and related information is posted at www.heatherwithaccountservices.com - a web site dedicated to putting a stop to this ****. This 772-664-4005 number is fake, and they use a different one each week. Please use the information provided at the aforementioned web site when reporting to the DNC, FCC and Florida Attorneys General office or else the enforcement agencies will not amass enough complaints that target this specific scammer to take action.
Left a message on my answering ma****e- "This is about your credit card account, there is no problem, but it is urgent you speak with us if you want to lower your credit card interest rates" They have called several times in the past with the same message.- I'm registered on the Do Not Call list- on the number they called. So this time I went to the Do Not Call web site and filed a complaint since this sounds like they are trying to sell me so****ing.. I will be filing a complaint each time I get a call from them a***n..Here's the web site for the Do Not Call Registry-https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

i am on the do not call list
I got a call from this number 771-664-4005. I pressed one to talk to someone, the message had told me this was my last chance to receive a lower rate on my credit cards. Well that is what it said 2 days prior when I ***g up on the call. I spoke today to a gentle, he got my name and then asked if I had a visa or mastercard, I said yes, and he wanted the 1800 number off the back of it, then he said he needed my phone number (HELLO, IT'S THE NUMBER YA'LL CALLED ME ON), then he asked my date of birth, I said well listen, It might be a good deal to lower my rates, but I never give out my personaly information out over the phone, and my credit card information should be known to the credit card companies. He said he would hook me up with the credit card company and I would press in all my information over the phone while he was on the phone. I TOLD HIM NO!, He said okay, he understood.Nothing is stopping these people from taking my credit card number and scamming me. He said I had to use a card that was not over it's limit, or one that can't be charge on.Now you do the math, if you are trying to help someone with their credit card debt, you would not ask for one that you can still charge on and that is up to date on balances. So****ing really really fishy about all of this.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope they can't bill my credit card. I pressed '1' so I could ask them to take me off their list..... they slammed the phone down!!Make a complaint here....https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspxand here.....http://app1.800helpfla.com/cswebcomplaints/DNCComplaint.aspxTry printing this pdf out and sending it in.http://www.myfloridalegal.com/ConsumerComplaint.pdfMain office mailing addressOffice of Attorney GeneralState of FloridaThe Capitol PL-01Tallahassee, FL 32399-1050To contact Attorney General Bill McCollum please email:[email protected] office telephone numbersSwitchboard: 850-414-3300Hope that helps!!

These people say they want to lower your credit card interest and ask for your credit card numbers. This appears to be a scam to obtain credit card numbers and information. I don't answer anymore although they call routinely.
**** up when you see 713-226-2555 or 772-664-4005 on your caller id. Simply by saying "yes" or "pressing any key on your keypad" will authorize these group of losers to charge on anyone of your bills - either phone, credit card, or cell phone. They don't care...all they need is a couple ***dred people to do this and they'll end up making a cool $200 without lifting a finger! **** UP, **** UP, **** UP! These folks are tied to ILD Teleservices 800-433-4518 who's the billing agent for Universal Voice Services 866-473-1980 who represent these scams.
If they call me a***n, it's going to light's out for them.
Missed a call from this number. When I called it, I got a recorded message saying that number was no longer in service or disconnected. How did they get it to show up as the number that originated the call then?I have received many calls in the last couple of weeks from "warranty department" and "credit card company", all of whom I told not to call a***n. But they continue to do so. Do Not Call laws will not prevent criminals from phoning me I guess!

Pre-recorded telemarketing call from "Account Services." Based on other reports I've seen online, I expect they're trying to sell debt consolidation loans, though I didn't stay on the line long enough to find out.
the mafia could have a new business oppty here.. I would gladly pay $5 for them to **** telemarketers.. they sould go PayPal and think of the millions hey would make.. I'd pay more to see the videos of the hits...and even more for torture
Got a call from them today - their ma****e basically droned on to my ma****e about being able to lower my credit card debt or so****ing like that. Not the first time I've had the same message. It appears to just be a ma****e, since their message s****ed to play as soon as my ma****e picked up.
I also had this caller. I read alot of complaints but what is being done about it?
they call, they **** up at the messagelots of traffic about this number on Google. Whitepages.com has a map of their location in Sebastain FLA.
This company is one of those companies that offer lower rates on a pre-recorded message. I have my numbers on the do not call federal list, but they keep on ignoring that. I am planning on reporting their number. When i called back the number got a message saying that it was an international call.
just got one from this number - no one was on the line - suspect it is an auto-dialer to track when you are home for future sales calls.
Called Southern Bell to report this number and found out the number 772-664-4005 is being used as a phantom number to get around my blocking anonymous #numbers to my home phone. Southern Bell asked if I was on the National No Call list and said to report the phantom number to them.
